"Forgotten Realms - Narfell" is a persistent open world roleplaying server for Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition (NWN). You can find us on the Beamdog Server List In-Game (IG). Set in the established Dungeons and Dragons world of Faerûn, our players and DMs live stories about bravery, compassion, greed, and the quest for power. We've created some guides to help you navigate your experience on the server. We hope you enjoy your time with us!
Narfell is a country in the eastern part of Faerûn. It lies in the Cold Lands region, but was once the heart of a vast empire that stretched from the Giantspire Mountains to Lake Ashane which included the Great Dale, much of Thesk, part of the Plateau of Thay, what would become Impiltur, and other lands. Now it is a vivid expanding open world of adventure for players of all stripes. There are so many ways to enjoy your time in Narfell, whether it be DM directed adventures, or player-driven experiences, random exploration of a growing open world, or some brand new way to enjoy a persistent world that has been around for over 20 years.
We take a lot of pride in the community that we've built on our server, and hope you will become part of it! Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the rules and how all of us can continue to make this a rewarding and immersive experience.
We have many ways for you to join our community outside of game as well. We love hearing about your character's experiences in the forums and clarifying any concerns on Discord. If you experience any issues on our server, please let us know by submitting a bug report or via our Discord. If you'd like to see a change for the better, we're open to your suggestions.
