As per the rules, enchanting facilities ARE required for enchanting. These are accessible through certain guilds and organizations in game. If you're not sure about this, please contact the Staff for clarification. Facilities for enchanting are present in:
Membership / associations should not be limited to those listed here, and access and realistic association with certain more public places is also acceptable; Docks Temple, Waukeen Temple, Temple of Triad, if in good standing with the deities. Druids' uses of Henges and circles, etc.
If you are in an organization or guild and believe that feels they should have enchanting facilities, and they do not appear on this list, please contact the Narfell Staff.
While in the past a little flexibility has been allowed in how enchanting is done (regarding facilities), DM approval is required for any non-standard enchanting facility requests.
