There is no longer a delay between submission of the request and receiving the item. You can receive the item as soon as it is imported and an available DM is present to issue it. There is no limit to the number of enchantments you can do.
The person to whom the item is being enchanted to, if other than the caster, can choose to take half of the XP hit for the caster. The character receiving the item must be at least the same level as the item, and at least level 6. (So level 6 for 4 point item, and level 8 for 8 point item).
Note that items created like this can NOT be given to other characters than the one initially receiving it (and taking half of the XP hit), unless you ask for permission from the enchantment DM. Failure to ask for permission will have serious consequences. The items that require permission to trade will say so in their description.
The Failure chance is 3x(point total) - Character Level.
Note that reductions in failure chance are applied BEFORE caster level reduction. 0% failure chance is possible.
Critical bonuses will result in zero exp cost for the item (gold cost is as normal).
The formula for determining critical bonus chance is: Character level - Item Level.
Bonuses are applied to the item points, not the end result, fractions are rounded down.
